Psychic Ability - Learn How to Open Your Third Eye

What is Your Third Eye?

Also known as your inner eye or your all-seeing eye, your third eye is at the point right above the middle of your brows. Your third eye is the eye through which you can see beings or things that are not visible to your physical eyes. It is what you use to look with when you wish to connect to the higher or spiritual realms.

You have a third eye; everyone has it. It is just like psychic ability - everyone has too. Your third eye may only be partially open or completely blocked. If it is blocked, this means that you have not been able to fully utilize it and experience its benefits. The good news is there are ways for you to completely unblock your third eye and allow your psychic energies to flow freely through it.

Further development of your psychic ability requires utilizing the capabilities of your third eye. When you unblock the sight of your third eye, you are allowing your psychic ability to grow and expand. This opens a whole new range or level of benefits for you from having a clear third eye and an enhanced psychic ability.

There are several benefits to exercising your psychic ability and unblocking your third eye. You will have access to your inner well of wisdom and to those of the higher realms. You will develop your intuition and have a better understanding of things which cannot be easily perceived by your physical eyes. You become open to a whole new plane of intelligence, balance, and a higher quality of life. These are just a few of the benefits you can have by enhancing your psychic ability.

How Do You Activate Your Third Eye?

As with enhancing your psychic ability, there are ways to unblock or activate your third eye. Below is an exercise with 7 simple steps which you can follow.

1. Look for a quiet place where you can spend some time undisturbed. It should preferably be a dimly-lit room, or any place where you can adjust the lighting.

2. Sit down on a chair or on the floor whichever is more comfortable for you. Relax your shoulders and straighten your back. Keep your head level. Place your hands on your lap or on your knees.

3. When you are seated comfortably, pay attention to your breathing. Practice inhaling slowly, and exhaling even more slowly, and fully.

4. If you observe that your breathing has already stabilized, you can proceed with timing your meditation. Set an alarm for 15 minutes. This may be increased through time by 5 minutes, though you can do so when you have eased into this exercise. For now, set your alarm for 15 minutes and place it within your reach.

5. Slowly close your eyes. As you continue with your slow breathing, gently focus your attention to your third eye. Be conscious about the point between your brows. Keep your focus on this as you breathe in and out.

6. Continue with your slow breathing as you maintain your focus on your third eye. It might feel like your third eye has a slight tingling sensation; just let yourself feel it. This is completely fine.

7. When the alarm goes off, do not open your eyes immediately. Reach out to shut off the alarm sound, but keep your eyes closed. Slowly open them when you are ready to do so.

Do this daily, around the same time each day. The results may not be instant " you wont immediately have an exceptional psychic ability or a fully open third eye - but know that as you do this, you are sharpening your psychic ability and developing a deeper awareness of and connection with your third eye.

With patience and frequent practice, you will soon be able to experience the wonderful benefits of having your third eye unblocked and clearly capable of seeing. Your psychic ability will be highly developed, you will have access to higher knowledge, and you will be able to achieve deeper meditative states " just to name a few.
