What is Your Third Eye?

Also known as your inner eye or your all-seeing eye, your third eye is at the point right above the middle of your brows. Your third eye is the eye through which you can see beings or things that are not visible to your physical eyes. It is what you use to look with when you wish to connect to the higher or spiritual realms.

You have a third eye; everyone has it. It is just like psychic ability - everyone has too. Your third eye may only be partially open or completely blocked. If it is blocked, this means that you have not been able to fully utilize it and experience its benefits. The good news is there are ways for you to completely unblock your third eye and allow your psychic energies to flow freely through it.

Your third eye is closely tied to the development of your psychic ability. When you unblock or open your third eye, your psychic ability is heightened. You then experience the benefits of having an advanced psychic ability or a fully activated third eye.

A fully activated third eye and a developed psychic ability allow you to experience the benefits of having them. For instance, you will be able to have a deeper connection with the higher realms and obtain higher knowledge. Your ability to focus and bring yourself to a completely restful and meditative state is increased. You are not limited to what your physical eyes can see, which means you can see beyond the surface of any situation. These are just a few of a myriad of benefits you can gain from opening your third eye and advancing your psychic ability.

Steps for Unblocking Your Third Eye

As with enhancing your psychic ability, there are ways to unblock or activate your third eye. Below is an exercise with 7 simple steps which you can follow.

1. Look for a quiet place where you can spend some time undisturbed. It should preferably be a dimly-lit room, or any place where you can adjust the lighting.

2. Sit down on a chair or on the floor whichever is more comfortable for you. Relax your shoulders and straighten your back. Keep your head level. Place your hands on your lap or on your knees.

3. Bring your attention to your breathing. Inhale slowly for about 4 seconds, then completely exhale, slowly too, for about 6 seconds.

4. When you have stabilized your breathing pattern, set an alarm for 15 minutes. Place the alarm clock or timer near you, within your reach. (As you get more used to the exercise, you can build up your meditation time to 20 minutes, then 25 minutes, and so on.)

5. When the alarm is set, gently close your eyes. As you inhale, bring your attention to your third eye " right at the point between your brows. Slowly breathe out, keeping your focus on your third eye.

6. Continue with your slow breathing as you maintain your focus on your third eye. It might feel like your third eye has a slight tingling sensation; just let yourself feel it. This is completely fine.

7. Do not open your eyes instantly when the alarm goes off. Reach out to turn off the sound while keeping your eyes closed. You can only open them when you feel that you are ready to do so.

Practice this exercise daily. Try to do it around the same time each day, as much as possible. Do not worry if you feel that your third eye hasn't opened yet. The results are not instant. Remember that this is a process, and that each time you practice, you become closer to the development of your psychic ability and the opening of your third eye.

With regular practice and perseverance, you will soon experience the remarkable benefits of having an open third eye and of seeing with it. This will also have a huge impact on the development of psychic ability. You will be able to do and achieve more things when it comes to using your psychic skills.
