The Psychic Mind Language: Understanding the Ways of Telepathy

By Tana Hoy

Was there ever a time in your life wherein for some reason, you could hear someone's thoughts? Or how about knowing what someone was about to say, before he or she had said it? Have you ever experienced wanting something to happen, and at the end, it did happen? If you have experienced either one of these things, it is a sign that you have a psychic ability known as telepathy.

From the authority of definitions, Merriam and Webster, telepathy is defined as "communication from one mind to another by extrasensory means." The word "telepathy" was entered into the English dictionary when it was first coined by a researcher, Fredric W. H. Myers, as far back as 1982, replacing the term "thought-transference." If we are to come up with a simple definition of telepathy, it is the psychic gift that allows people to communicate with the minds of others, without using any tools, but the mind alone. There are other people with this telepathic psychic gift, that could even control the thinking of others!

A person with telepathic abilities is considered to have a very strong extrasensory perception or ESP. There are two forms of telepathy -- it can either be projective or perceptive. A perceptive telepathic is one that can receive and read thoughts of others well. One good example is knowing who is calling before you even answer the phone. On the other hand, perceptive telepathy focuses on projecting or sending thoughts to others, such as thinking of someone to call you and it happens.

This psychic power is so popular these days, that it is often depicted in fictional characters. Take for example from X-Men alone. Professor X and Jean Grey both have telepathic powers. Kids are fond of them, adults do not seem to be. Why? Because they think that these powers are not real. Well yes, these movie characters are just fictional, but telepathy with psychics is real, because psychics are real. In fact, the psychic community calls the telepathic ability as the "psychic mind language".

Despite the many occasions that a psychic has demonstrated telepathy, there are still many out there who still refuse to believe its reality. This is because that there is no scientific basis on how any psychic gift came to be, and this is why people doubt the existence of such psychic powers.

Take for example, a baby and his mother. Even if a baby could not speak or use any proper body language to communicate, his mother knows what message the baby wants to convey. This is also true for animals, even without verbal communication, they can understand each other and can work well with each other with good harmony.

The word psychic refers to the mind, and we are all born psychic. This means that all of us has an innate psychic ability within us that lay dormant because we are not aware about it. For individuals who are aware and accept their gifts however, they have reached a stornger telepathic degree than others; and like any other talents, telepathy can be enhanced and further developed as well through acceptance, meditation, and practice.

The psychic mind language of telepathy is indeed a remarkable ability. What is even more remarkable, is that anyone with the right mindset and will power, has the ability to learn this gift. - 30438
